    Soho Flordis International (SFI) has a vision to be a global natural healthcare brand. After acquiring a diverse range of brands in different markets, SFI needed to connect them into a portfolio that would maximise value at a product, brand, customer and consumer level. This brand architecture and portfolio strategy simplifies the offering whilst reinforcing the brand’s key attributes It’s a structure that allows SFI to position products appropriately, eliminate product cannibalisation and maximise reach and breadth in all markets.

    TIMG is one of Australia’s largest information management businesses. As it continues to acquire new businesses and customers, TIMG needed to reorganise its brand to ensure consistency and cut through – especially in an industry that does not advertise. Through extensive brand research and workshops throughout the organisation, we identified a unique human quality. The rollout included a new logo, dynamic brand identity, assets and a digital ecosystem that aligned with customers and their needs. Utilising a strong visual language and tone of voice TIMG cuts through in a market where it does not advertise.
