The General Store is a creative agency specialising in retail strategy & innovation and won the 'Emerging Agency of the Year' title at the Adnews Awards for 2014.

We work across all creative disciplines relevant to retailers, including store design, brand identity, e-commerce, advertising and social media.

We have a small team of full-timers and an extended network of creative specialists, who work on a project-by-project basis. These General Store Associates come from a broad mix of creative backgrounds including, architects, theatre set designers, art directors, musicians, journalists, bloggers, graphic designers, web designers, directors, photographers and copywriters.

It’s a model that allows us to work with the smartest creative talent out there, chosen to suit the needs of every individual project.
