I worked at Advanced Life as a Photographer/Photographer’s Assistant. We travel around to various schools across New South Wales and photograph the students and teachers at the schools. My roles and responsibilities are to set up the studio for the day, organise the paperwork and interact with the students and teachers as they are having their photo taken and ensure that we capture the best image.
I currently work at Advanced Life as an Image Retoucher. My role in the company is to choose the best images and enhance them through the application of certain techniques. I edit backgrounds, adjust colour tones of the images and retouching skin tones and textured are some of the many tasks I do on a daily basis.
I worked as the in house Graphic Designer for Park Avenue PR & Marketing, a fashion PR Agency. My roles and responsibilities included the management of all social media ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as well as Blog and Website Management. As well as this I designed the press releases for any new clients or collections that drop into the showroom and any artwork for events held by the company, which involved designing invitations, posters or any media send outs.
I worked for the online costume company, Costume Collection for four months, from July 2011 until October 2011, while their resident photographer was recovering from injury. My roles and responsibilities were to set up the lighting equipment for the photo shoot, which also involved using light meters and reflectors. As well as directing the model as I was taking the photos. You can see some example of my work on their website

Design is part of everything around us; it is one of the most influential element in life and most people do not even know it.
I believe that design knows no boundaries, it is powered by your ability to imagine and with your imagination the possibilities to design are endless. I am determined to open my mind to new ideas, letting my imagination run wild, wherever it takes me I will follow without question. It is about trusting my imagination and where it will take me, trusting myself to go with instinct.
Whether it is photography, illustration, publications, branding, typography or advertising, I apply myself to the project utilising my skills in both traditional design methods as well as digital design processes. I tend to jump into the deep end at times and push myself to work past my comfort zone to ultimately experience new insights into what design can achieve. It is this learning process that motivates me to keep doing what I am doing.
