With a little over ten years experience in communication, advertising and promotion covering creative direction, art direction, copy writing, graphic design, photography and events*, Phil loves problem solving and providing his ‘creative services’. Since the emergence of letloverule in late 2003, Phil has freelanced on a job by job basis.
Working predominately as a designer, commercial work has focused on identity & branding, strategy and packaging. Production covers: logos, brochures, reports, presentations, labels, boxes, FMCG product design, streetware (graphics and apparel), coupons, sachets, full page print ads, style guides, templates and briefs for websites, CD covers, posters (street and POS), display stands, expo stands, flyers and many a good, or not so good, promotional idea.
Having worked with specialists including industrial designers, tool makers, screen printers, pattern makers and fancy foil people who are experts in labelling, Phil has a strong sense of vision and bringing a story to life.
