I was responsible for daily retail store operations as well as managing a team of 12+ Customer Advisors to achieve strong sales and service results. Key KPIs included labour and operations budgets, consumer and business sales and upsell/cross sell. I coordinated visual merchandising and in-store promotional activity.
I used the MULTILIT Learning and Development technique to assist with the learning and retention of the English language with intensive English students.
I worked autonomously as an experiential marketing representative engaging members of the public, raising brand awareness and encouraging digital activations. Key KPIs include converted digital subscriptions and market research targets. This was a three month role to launch a new Nokia product.
I managed 30+ volunteers. I liaised directly with charity organisations as well as local council and private institutions to identify potential sources of revenue and support.
This included an intensive youth leadership training program, RYPEN.
