The ultimate creative role, the
“Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator” will be responsible for developing the voice of the brand and
all aspects of the company’s online presence. In
addition to creating and writing site content, you will also be responsible for
maintaining and merchandising the webstore. This person will also work closely
with the technical team to review and maintain site standards with regard to
new development whilst also being responsible for crafting site promotions,
constructing email and social marketing campaigns amongst other creative duties
that may be required as a growing business.
Responsibilities In Detail:
Build and create product and
merchandise collections within our Content Management System in line with
incoming purchase orders, inventory on hand, scheduled sales, promotions or
event based sales opportunities.
Construct and coordinate campaigns across email and
social channels to drive customer engagement and retention of voice.
Maintain and administer a healthy marketing campaign
calendar to continually drive the growing brand, address inventory priorities
and meet performance KPI’s as set forth by the company directors.
Based on your background in design
and illustration you may also be integral to the growth and curation of the
in-house apparel brand.
Confident working within an
e-commerce Content Management System such as NETO, Shopify or Magento.
A proven track record in
copywriting and basic Adobe Photoshop layering to create content blocks.
Experience running social or email
marketing campaigns, constructing promotions and measuring results.
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in Google
Analytics, Google Adwords/Merchant Centre, Adobe Lightbox and Cin7 will be
looked at favorably.
The position will be
offered as a 38 hour per week full time position on a casual contract working
out of our Gold Coast office.

What we are looking for?Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar roleTertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related fieldSharp attention to detail with an intuitive view of what our demographic wants to seeAbility to manage multiple projects and work towards tight deadlinesPhotography and videography skills preferred, but not essentialSound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
