websites, utilising a variety of CMSs in the process.
You will be skilled in the field of Front End Web Design and able to design
responsive web pages without breaking a sweat. You will be awesome in your
ability, design and develop beautiful, effective eDMs, utilising MailChimp and Campaign Monitor.
You’ll also be comfortable designing high quality printed material,
website banners and social media content.

As Senior Designer for Havas Melbourne, you will be part of a worldwide advertising agency network. Your key responsibilities include the creative development, design and execution of digital and print based assets briefed by the executive creative director, creative teams, studio manager and producers.
The Senior Designer is a custodian of our visual product. Someone who will uphold high standards of design, nurture a passion for great design within the department and beyond with our clients.
The key to your success is the ability to work in a team environment while remaining independent on specific smaller projects. You’ll work well under tight deadlines while working on multiple accounts. Excellent communications skills and attention to detail are also required. You will also be passionate about driving and inspiring the continued development and output of the design department.
Design and produce assets of the highest industry standards and design principles. Including but not limited to display media creative (banners), direct marketing pieces (eDM), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn), mobile applications, desktop and mobile web design, and print-based design.Participate in the development of innovative ideas that may be executed in all media, including digital, print, outdoor, activations, PR etc.A thorough grounding in digital design including design for interaction and animation using the latest techniques and tools.Craft top level designs, prototypes and animations to define and communicate concepts for clients, pitches and internal teams.Interpret creative concepts (rationales, scamps and/or wireframes) and preempt any technical issues whilst recommending practical working solutions.Extensive experience in how digital ideas get built (web development and associated technologies) and how this understanding shapes your design approach.Be actively engaged with latest digital trends and innovations and share your discoveries with the design team. KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Havas Australia is looking to add a talented Senior Digital Designer to our Sydney Design team.

From concept through to delivery, you are experienced in how ideas are imagined and built successfully, including working closely with the development team from the start of a project.
You will craft top level interactive designs, prototype concepts early in tools such as InVision and be able to communicate interaction concepts clearly.
You will be familiar with creating responsive designs to work across all screen sizes and devices, as well as demonstrating best practice in designing for mobile apps and the mobile web.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within an agency environment.
A genuine thirst for creating crowd-pleasing work backed up by a sparkling site/book/portfolio will be key contributors to a successful candidate.
