We're seeking an experienced Web Designer/Illustrator to join our fast growing team. The design team is responsible for creating and developing a consistent visual language across the entire customer experience. We believe in simple solutions to complex problems, and strive to push boundaries. This is an opportunity to join the team at Autopilot developing the creative content, visual language and product. We are seeking a detail obsessed, passionate designer with a background in graphic design, web design and illustration. You must be experienced working across numerous digital platforms; always eager to learn and experiment. Your role will be to produce strong conceptual illustrations and branded materials that are engaging and reflect a cohesive aesthetic.
Design visual graphics and illustrations that tell stories for blog images, merchandise, event images and product modals.
Design beautiful email templates and landing pages that reflect our brand and design guidelines.
Create sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and/or design specs.
Design within and help improve upon an establish design system.
Work closely with the design team to implement a cohesive visual style across marketing and product.
Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to take complex ideas and distill them down into simple illustrations.
Be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with a small team and short deadlines.
Ability to communicate rationale behind your design decisions.
Expertise in illustrator, sketch and photoshop.
3+ years experience at a creative agency or in-house team.
Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into your work.
Knowledge of design principles related to branding and marketing with demonstrable understanding of UX design, typography, color, layout and information hierarchy.
Ability to animate your illustrations.
Experience creating pattern libraries and a passion for design systems.
Understanding of videography.

Blis is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to join in the role of Digital Designer. This person will provide creative and technical advertising support to the Blis sales team. This role will report into the Head of Ad Operations and offers plenty of scope to gain exposure to all aspects of the Blis business. From Photoshop to PP to Animate to 3rd party rich media ad serving platforms, a wide array of tools across multiple campaigns are used on a daily basis which will require a well organised, motivated and forward thinking candidate who is keen to learn different technologies and 3rd party vendor platforms as well as keeping at the forefront of new formats and creative ideas.
Responsibilities:Design and build innovative display ads on digital devices – mobile, tablet & desktop.Design mock ups and online preview links.Collaboration with the engineering and sales team.Learn new and innovative creative formats.Use 3rd party rich media ad servers to build rich ads – all the common industry platforms.Help design proposals and other external documents.Work closely with the sales team to ensure all design and brand guidelines are synchronised.Help plan strategies and solutions for the team.Help with creative concepts and ideation.Technical trouble-shooting / problem solving to ensure creative works as per client brief.Other ad-hoc tasks when required.
