Based at our trendy offices in Waterloo, this role is pivotal to the success of our video production team.
Collaborate with the Art Director, Media Producer and creative team to deliver unique concepts for clients
Work on multiple projects at a time and work to critical paths
Ensure projects are on time, on brand and within budget
Create overall styles, looks and feels for each project
Interpret and meet client briefs and brand guidelines
Utilise your advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Powerpoint

Have a minimum of five years experience in motion graphics
Have advanced technical skill in After Effects and Premiere

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Graphic Designer to join our Graphics team at our Melbourne office, located in Carlton. This role will allow you to work as part of our team producing graphic design and visual communication work for a wide range of projects and media.
Key responsibilities include:
Design and execute original works
Supporting the team throughout the execution of tender and proposal submissions, architectural competition submissions, event and marketing collateral, media campaigns and award submissions
Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
Design presentations in both InDesign and PowerPoint
Help maintain files: versions, formats and project names within established framework
Image handling, resizing, filing and management for digital and print use
Output files for print and digital specifications
Provide creative and original ideas for internal and external communication initiatives
Work closely with the Senior Designer to develop and design proposals, concepts and final artwork
Take direction from Senior Designer and Leadership Team
Liaising effectively with suppliers and other team members to meet deadlines
To be successful you will have:
A strong portfolio with examples of various design projects demonstrating an innovative approach
Proficient in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (other applications advantageous)
Experience with MSO tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
Image and formatting text experience
Digital design skills that can be applied to responsive websites, eDMs, digital banners and presentations
Knowledge and understanding of best practice in design standards
Strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills
Able to organise multiple projects with tight turnaround and timelines
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Willingness to learn and collaborate with teams
A degree (or equivalent) in communication design is preferred
