An opportunity to own the digital content for one of Melbourne’s leading retail shopping centres, rolling out the brand’s tone of voice, social strategy and digital marketing plans.

We’re seeking a modern creative professional to join our in-house marketing team to deliver on-brand and creative content across our digital communication platforms.
You will work directly with the brand's Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager, to conceptualise, design and execute innovative written and visual content across our channels. The right candidate will understand the needs of our customers, our retailers and our brand. We’re looking for someone who can capture the lifestyle of our centre; communicating the brand through imagery; articulate copy & a creative, innovative approach.
You will be a multi-skilled creative thinker with an analytical approach, and have a passion for telling stories. You will work to grow engagement across all digital platforms, and own analytics and insights across all channels. You will be flexible, take initiative, able to manage multiple projects at once, and keep pace in a fast-moving business. The right candidate will have experience with social media, blogs and eNewsletters, and a digital first approach to storytelling.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Write adaptable and digital friendly copy that reflects the brand’s tone of voice
Produce and source on-brand photography with awareness of consistent visual storytelling in the digital space
Create and manage our digital communications calendar across all of our digital channels
Manage social media posting including capturing and sourcing images, scheduling and live event capture
Manage our social media communities including monitoring and engaging new audiences
Manage and own insights and analytics for our digital and social platforms, being informed and reporting back to the broader team
Manage relationships with external holders including but not limited to online influencers and our partner agencies
Perform website updates through our CMS environment
Be responsible for sending weekly enews, to both internal and external stakeholders, including gathering partner content and circulating internally
Be up-to-date and on the pulse with all things happening digital including social content tools, platforms, apps and influencers
The successful candidate will have:
Strong copywriting skills - the ability to adapt tone and include strong calls to action
An understanding of photography – the capacity to maintain a consistent visual style
Experience working within a website CMS environment. Sitecore experience would be considered beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience in managing a company's social profiles - the ability to maintain a detailed content calendar, exhibit a strong creative/visual flair for content and stay on brand
Experience using enews platforms - including the ability to analyse content and engagement to inform future sends
Ability to work in a fast paced environment - demonstrate initiative, the ability to think on your feet, communicate creatively, and deliver work while not compromising attention to detail
High energy levels - with the appetite to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Demonstrated capacity to work as an effective team member - proactive, anticipate needs, flexible and reliable.
Photo editing and graphic design skills favoured but not mandatory - Experience using Adobe Creative Suite

Full Job Description
This award winning global agency is now looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Digital Designer to join their team.
This role is responsible for the creative execution of content and ideas across a wide range of digital media including social, email and web.
This role will work as part of a team to interpret client business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose. Leading by example, you will ensure that all creative solves a purpose.
You are a real doer and are passionate about delivering brilliant, creative and clever work.
Working collaboratively with the team to arrive at surprising and fully considered ideas that solve brand objectives
Able to translate an idea through to a concept, to be correctly interpreted by the brand teams (ie sketching an idea, scamping a concept, articulating through words)
Provide sound reasoning to why the idea will solve the intended purpose
Creation of all digital assets in line with brief (working alongside the content creator and the Designer)
Develop content - everything from stop motion videos and cinemagraphs to product shots and flat lays.
Provide mentorship and coaching to grow the skill sets of the team
Preparing images and sourcing stock imagery for content calendars
Assisting in the design of existing asset templates.
The successful candidate will have a compulsion for quality and have a demonstrated understanding of all digital platforms.
You will possess 5 years experience working within an agency environment and have an understanding of popular social networks - from design, functionality and user perspectives.
