Emotive produces some of the most watched and shared social video content, and we are looking for a rock star Studio Manager to make sure it stays that way. You will be across all stages of production with a Terminator-like attention to detail, ensuring our creative and production teams are resourced with everything they need to create world-class work, that timeframes and budgets are hit and that everything gets documented. Most importantly, you will have experience with post production processes. You will inspire our teams to only accept the best, introduce more efficient ways of working and have a positivity that shines when things get tough and time is tight (which will happen sometimes, but not often, because you’re in control).
In a nutshell, you will:Ensure all projects are resourced in a timely manner;Create production workflow schedules ensuring all stakeholders (internal and external) are aware of asset deliverable dates;Drive and manage post-production workflow, overseeing the complete process;Assist producers in co-ordinating shoots including production crews & locations;Monitor project budgets; andEnsure compliance with client policies and procedures.
In return, you will get to work with a team of top-notch human beings who love what they do, back each other up and think a fun workplace is a very fine thing (and believe us, our Tamarama Beach Haus HQ is finely tuned for fun).
If you are ready to star, check out our socials at @emotivecontent, then shoot us an application.
Applications close 5.00pm September 1, 2017.
