Producer- Ecommerce & Studios
The Digital Producer
is responsible for managing scope and delivery for Disney’s ecommerce
experience, as well as online experiences to support Studio releases. This role
includes managing Disney’s internal ecommerce Production team and implementing projects
and tasks that meet Business Area goals and KPIs within available timelines and
budgets. Key functions of the role
include delivery of content updates across a portfolio of sites, and
maintenance of effective production and programming documentation. An eye for
detail and a passion for delivering engaging and inspiring customer experience
into the retail strategy to increase conversion and reduce leakages
with Disney Interactive, Disney Retail/Licensing, Studio, Franchise Marketing
and other key stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured
Provide detailed specifications working with the Production team and our
ecommerce partners to ensure the best solution is delivered within the

Create, edit and upload briefed content via
our ecommerce platform and Content Management Systems (Drupal, proprietary Pluto
CMS, Symphony Stack) and Media Player (Brightcove).
understanding and exposure to agile PM methodology
Act as quality
gatekeeper of content updates, ensuring all updates are proofread, optimised
for search engines, and align with brand identity and TOV.
maintaining project management and collaboration tool details, including content
plans and Basecamp to do lists and milestone dates.
Work with all IM
team members to manage WIP, maintaining accurate WIP documentation and ongoing
production planning calendars.
Co-ordinate with Retail,
Studio, Marketing and Franchise teams to create and update detailed content
plans, maintaining programming schedules with content refreshes across the
portfolio of sites, ensuring their effective sharing with all stakeholders.
of Business Area (BA) programming needs, including contact reports and BA marketing
Own the issues log (including assignment, QA and release) as per the
business priorities. Manage live site QA,
coordinating IM team and internal stakeholders to ensure approved and
error-free updates are completed.
Monitor site performance and track, prioritise and
schedule updates via JIRA
Assist with communication of site updates and campaign
site performance against measures of success.
Complete de-briefs and reviews to ensure that any issues are captured,
escalated and work on resolutions with the business.
Assist with online production budget tracking as
qualification in interactive production, marketing, business or related area.
demonstrated experience working in digital production teams
6 months+ Agile
agency/vendor experience preferred
Proven attention to
detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to deliver
results in intense, production-oriented environments.
Strong interest in ecommerce
strategy and families online entertainment content, with demonstrable knowledge
of the digital content industry and/or entertainment industries.
of digital technologies including front-end, database, CMS, server and CDN
Knowledge of, and
experience with, ecommerce platforms and mobile device projects (iOS, Android)
Experience in managing
developers, as well as UX design and deliverables
principles around SEO.
Desire to remain
current with industry trends and best practices.
Good written and
verbal communication skills
