A new role for the business, we are seeking an
ambitious and resourceful digital marketing specialist to help grow our
Reporting into the Product and Marketing Director, this role will
- Develop EDM strategies, create and collate content and execute;
- Manage [...] updates, additions, changes;
- Project manage the development of a new website, end-to-end;
- Run and manage the e-commerce site, working alongside the Product Design
Team (PDT) and various manufacturing divisions;
- Generate strategy and content for social media, and execute in line with
Schiavello’s marketing plan;
- Review and assess all web, social media and digital platforms including
CRM analytics, looking for patterns and trends to improve audience engagement;
- Create, edit and execute industry relevant content;
We are seeking a candidate who lives and breathes digital marketing. You
understand social media, web and digital channel paradigms, how they interact
with each other and the synergies they create.
You must also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a digital / marketing / web development related
- 3+ years relevant experience in a marketing /
digital and social media role / web development;
- Knowledge of HTML,
CSS and/or PHP;
- Good knowledge of the
Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign);
- Exceptional written,
- Above average project
management, attention to detail and organisational skills;
- High level proficiency in front end web development and knowledge of
back end web development, social media platforms, analytical sources, Google
Analytics and Microsoft Office.
Starlight is looking for a switched on and technically-savvy 'Digital
Producer Superstar' to assist with the front-end web development and
digital production of supporter-focused content and communications
including but not limited to EDMs, landing pages,
microsites and display ads to support Starlight's business objectives.

The role is very hands-on and diverse, so adaptability and
willingness to tackle a broad range of digital work is essential. Hence
it goes without saying that you bring strong technical skills to the
table and will have no issues with the technical side
of executing your digital projects. We are also open to a Part-Time arrangement.
