RIISE Pty Ltd (the exclusive distributor for the new 360fly action camera) is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to come in and help us bring some game changing new consumer products to market. Reporting to the General Manager you will have responsibility over a wide range of key business functions in the digital space from social media strategy to CRM planning and web development for internal and partner platforms. This is an exciting role that will allow you to get hands on across many new digital business functions and have input into shaping the go to market plans some of the most exciting consumer products in development.
Social Media Planning & Execution
Develop, implement and report on social media strategy to engage current and new audiences and measure / reporting around ongoing engagement.
Plan and execute ongoing social media content plan to ensure broadening of distributed brands audiences.
Oversee the sharing and promotional integration and brand tagging to increase distributed brands presence through partner channels (retail, media, sponsorships, athletes/influencers etc)
Content editing and curation/Asset management
On going liaison and communication with distributed brands head offices to align local digital strategy around pre-agreed global deadlines and objectives.
Download and distribution of new product / accessories / software images and videos from distributed brands head offices and logistics and communication to ensure all platforms and partners are updated.
Editing, management and distribution of locally developed content to internal staff, in store trainers as well as key partners including media and retailers.
Development and distribution of educational and sales support videos and materials to support customer research and engagement process as well as enhance digital experiences via retail and athlete pages.
Liaise with key media, athletes and influencers to assist with technical and content support around mounting, editing and distribution and to be available to trouble shoot issues.
CRM & customer engagement
Develop an ongoing CRM for distributed brands ranging from customers registering for information, estore (abandoned cart etc) to owners of distributed brands.
Review competitive activity and best in class CRM programmes.
Web development, optimisation and measurement
On going measurement and optimization around brand websites and platforms and to monitor external influences (advertising, pr coverage, sponsorships, events etc) to evaluate impact and effect on all digital platforms.
Develop and implement new web pages and platforms to assist in the sales of the distributed brands (pr coverage pages, best content, integrated ecomm solutions etc)
Digital brand and product experiences
Develop ongoing relationships with digital and social media staff at key retail partners to ensure that digital content and experiences are continuously optimized and adjusted around new product features, content and experiences.
Support key strategic partners around implementation and execution of distributed brands content and technologies .
Support in filming and recording of distributed brands and events and to deliver assets and content to support other business functions.
2 to 4 years experience in web/app design & development / social media strategy and implementation.
A good understanding of digital technologies and trends.
An interest in progressive digital engagement and sales conversion strategies.
