We’re currently working on redoing client portal and ecommerce website – with a focus on the mobile experience– and need a UX designer to work across both projects.
As a UX Designer you are the voice of the customer. You’re an innovative natural problem solver, and in the know about what’s happening in the digital space. In all of your interactions with stakeholders you advocate the users wants and needs. Though this is a true UX role, you will have an appreciation for good ui and interaction design and will be able to work with our designers to offer educated solutions in this space.

For 12 years Webcoda have been developing large scale web applications for clients in every industry including Entertainment, Not for Profit and Government. Example names are ARIA - The Australian Record Industry, NSW Health, and Jeans for Genes to name a few.
Webcoda are looking for an experienced UX designer to work collaboratively with our talented design team on a variety of projects. Although web sites are our primary focus we also develop web apps, Intranets and phone apps.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct client workshopsRequirements gathering techniques (card sorting, affinity diagramming, Developing personas etc)Deliver and maintain documentation including functional specificationsWireframing and prototyping with industry standard tools such as Axure Frequently liaise with delivery/development teams and business analysts, ensuring design solutions are technically feasible and in line with project requirements
ExperienceAt least 3 years agency experience in similar roleMust be able to provide clear examples of previous work including documentation and wireframes / prototypes
Personal AttributesConstantly learning and keeping on top of UI / UX trends A pixel out of place makes you sweat and shake Equally comfortable sitting in front of a computer all day as you are speaking in front of a room of suits You would rather lose a kidney than let down a client or colleague
