There's an exciting year planned and beyond and in order to support the ongoing growth of smile.com.au we are looking for a talented designer. The primary focus is to complement a newly appointed user experience designer, to re-design the look and feel, the presentation and interactivity of smile.com.au, and to enhance member/practice satisfaction and loyalty by improving the pleasure provided in the interaction between members/practices specifically via our digital assets.

We’re currently working on redoing client portal and ecommerce website – with a focus on the mobile experience– and need a UX designer to work across both projects.
As a UX Designer you are the voice of the customer. You’re an innovative natural problem solver, and in the know about what’s happening in the digital space. In all of your interactions with stakeholders you advocate the users wants and needs. Though this is a true UX role, you will have an appreciation for good ui and interaction design and will be able to work with our designers to offer educated solutions in this space.
