Analysing requirements and reducing them to their problems
Brainstorming solutions with the cross functional team
Visually communicating design solutions using sketching, whiteboarding and other design techniques
Prototyping expected user experience
Validating designs using appropriate testing techniques
Creating final visuals that shape what our product becomes
Minimum of 3 years experience in UX/UI
A portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking
Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Invision etc)
Ability to work with little supervision and in a multi-disciplinary team
Having worked previously in a startup is a plus!
This is an exciting new creative role within Red Agency's specialist social media division #RedSocial, working closely with Red Agency's PR and experiential teams as well as the wider Havas Village team.
Reporting into the Head of Social you will be responsible for driving #RedSocial's content offering - managing our design/content production team and working closely with the social strategist, content & community managers and paid/optimisation managers.
The position will be best suited to an experienced and confident creative content producer who has worked within the social media space for a minimum of 3/4 years.
They will have strong conceptual skills, yet love to get their hands dirty - presenting concepts to clients and bringing ideas to life. This is a lead role, not a director role; we are looking for a do-er.
Our Content Lead will drive the content production process end-to-end across campaign and always on work - working across our largest Blue Chip client, as well as a range of exciting brands and broad variation of categories within our portfolio. Experience writing, conceptualising and producing video and immersive content formats (think live, vertical video, canvas) across all the major social channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter) is a must.
Most importantly, the successful candidate will thrive in an integrated (PR/Social/Experiential) agency environment and have a real passion for collaboration/innovation - living the agency's 'No Wankers', 'Dream Shit Up' and 'First in the Pool' values day-to-day!
