Deeper insights into the role:Develop creative social media strategies across various social networks with the aim to generate conversions, brand engagement + community growth.Leverage social advertising platforms to support blended creative strategiesManage every part of clients' social media strategies including content production, liaising with designers / developers, social media monitoring, as well as anything else required to achieve client goalsManage a portfolio of clients where you are both the main point of contact, and the person who 'gets it done'Prepare performance analysis reports and make optimisation recommendationsFinalise and analyse social media reports, and review them with clientsStay up to date with the latest innovations in the social media world with the aim of testing / launching / integrating new approaches to clients' social media campaigns
The successful candidate must have:Minimum 12 months experience in a similar social media role OR have run their own social media business.Full-time working rights in Australia

To continue our growth in our online ventures, we are currently seeking an energetic, motivated, passionate and creative person to join our small team as the Online Store/Digital Media Coordinator, to help us deliver the Oxford experience to our online customers & social media followers.
To be successful in this role you will bring a number of skills and attributes across areas such as graphic design, marketing, business administration and customer service. That will allow you to effectively help co-ordinate our online store and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a related tertiary qualification & would have spent some years honing these skills within a professional retail environment! Experience using Harmony retail management software and Kentico online platform will be an advantage.
Your major responsibilities will include:
Writing detailed product descriptions for men’s and women’s garments, footwear and accessories for inclusion on the online stores;
Assisting with the co-ordination of the online fulfilment process from order receipt to dispatch on a daily basis; liasing with the warehouse for out of stock orders, track missing orders and processing returns
Handling a range of queries from online customers, requiring strong customer service skills;
Work with the Online Manager to oversee the general running of our Oxford online store as well as uploading of product to our other digital channels (Iconic, Zalora, Ebay)
Oversee the printing of promotional material and arrange for dispatch to our stores
Co-ordinate sale and promotional activity for all online channels
Assisting with effective running of the sites, regular reporting with analysis for data driven decisions in order to continuously drive on line sales.
Assisting with monthly ecommerce shoots
Helping shape the processes and procedures used to manage the online store operation;
Work with the Online Manager to initiate new marketing strategies to increase our member base
Assist the Online Manager with the creation & design of digital advertising materials & campaigns including email, MMS, print media as well as a range of social media initiatives;
Liaising with shopping centre management teams in regards to sale/promotional activity and marketing opportunities.
Ideally you will bring the following skills and qualifications:
2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail fashion industry
Excellent written skills, including creative writing (experience in writing product descriptions will be a distinct advantage);
Strong graphic design & associated CMS/digital skills (Photoshop, indesign) Exceptional organisational, planning, time management and execution skills
Experience with Exact target, mail chimp or other EDM platforms, SEO/google analytics
Knowledge of effective marketing tools & strategies with a focus on social media;
Customer centric focus
Project management skills & the ability to work autonomously;
Proven ability to work under pressure and within deadlines;
The ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts easily.
