tier candidate to fill a Social Media Manager role in Sydney, NSW.
The Social Media Manager will be
responsible for the day-to-day supervision, management and execution of the
social media strategy for each of Lampoon Group’s Social Media clients. This
role will include programming, publishing, content calendar management,
copywriting, channel & community management, paid social implementation & budget management,
social influencer and content creator outreach, content mix and curating,
campaign management, reporting, & provide general support for social media
The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented & analytical,
demonstrate strong experience executing social programs and campaigns,
copywriting and fostering relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
Ensure social campaigns are on strategy, on budget, on
time and on target
Create social programming plans and research audits
including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research briefs and digital audits
Develop, implement and manage Social Media Influencer
Programs for clients utilizing influencers, content creators and bloggers across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & Google+, ensuring great
understanding of key players within all verticals and maintaining relationships
Publish content on behalf of clients and monitor
comments, conversations of those posts
Ensure consistency of client tone and messages across
Community Management and implementation for clients,
troubleshooting or assigning issues as they arise
Collaborate with PR and Event Activation team to
leverage planned initiatives and activities where appropriate
Create Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly social media
status reports detailing key insights, local presence, lead generation,
competition analysis, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and
monitoring results - in addition to any metrics,
tracking and activity reports
based on client reporting needs
Offer key insights for improving programs to enhance
Assign relevant tasks and objectives to Social Media
Coordinator and ensure expectations are being met
Be available to respond to routine client
communication outside of service hours
Keep up with technology/feature evolution & scheme
on adjustments to publishing/engagement tactics
Conduct research and create materials to support
general business development opportunities
Exhibit understanding of online market and digital
Ensure high quality and responsive service to clients
at all times
Must be strategic, creative, organized, and be able to

2-4 years of experience in social media
Paid social implementation and budget management
Analytical and able to use data to support KPIs and
for ongoing optimization recommendations and execution
