We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Coordinator with design expertise to join the National OzHarvest team.
Representing the voice of OzHarvest on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), we are searching for someone who shares our passion to Nourish our Country â making sure that good food does not go to waste and is given to those in need.
The role has two functions â to manage our existing social media, and to also create content for OzHarvest campaigns that are executed digitally. OzHarvest is fortunate to have an engaged online following that will be fostered and nurtured by our ideal candidate. We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, innovative and loves to flex their creative muscle! You need to be able to turn your great ideas into imaginative, shareable content â animations, GIFs, cinemagraphs, videos. Experience with Facebook 360, Facebook Canvas, Snapchat filters would be a plus, along with a strong understanding of the latest digital formats and some great ideas of how to build social presence in creative and original ways.
Reporting directly to the Brand and Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator / Graphic Designer will be involved in the development of the OzHarvest digital strategy, and execution of below the line elements for behavioural change campaigns and events. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in supporting digital implementation across our education and engagement pillars as needed.
Graphic design skills and experience in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite necessary
