a) Creative function for Group Marketing Services
b) In-house studio
c) Agency and creative management
Senior Manager - Creative Services requires a strong affinity for relationship management; ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment; and leadership capabilities.
Leadership and management of Creative Services function. You are responsible for:
Deliver financial and productivity benefits to the Bank, including accountability of team performance against agreed success metrics.
Implement critical decision making with an understanding of priorities and impacts to keep function tracking to vision.
Responsible for management of agency partners, including brief allocation and capability mapping, to facilitate planning and reporting.
Drive the development of creative capabilities across Marketing and agency partners, including:
Proactively drive continuous improvement by identifying and leading new opportunities to:
Collaborate with Brand to develop guidelines, templates and materials to assist with creative development and shape brand visual identity within Marketing and the Group.
Apply insights to develop solutions to creative / production problems and drive opportunities for Marketing.
Develop, partner with, and maintain a network of internal and external contacts that can be used to provide input into function strategy.
Foster a culture of high performing, creative talent that delivers quality work with speed and consistency.
Support the Creative Service Manager and Traffic Manager to manage workflow and facilitate planning / prioritisation.
Generate effective outcomes in a complex environment, including negotiation with suppliers.
