Skyline Creative, a holistic boutique provider of real estate marketing, is seeking passionate video editors to join our Sydney studio and help push the boundaries of the industry.
This position requires a video editor with experience in a variety of editing techniques in providing leading Real Estate agencies with property and profile videos of the highest quality. Experience within the Real Estate industry is by no means necessary, however strong editing skills, a keen eye for detail, creative thinking, and the ability to meet strict deadlines is a must.
Applicants must be advanced in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. The role is freelance, with options to work Monday to Friday out of our Studio at La Porte Space in Rosebery, or at your own studios 7 days a week. Being freelance, the amount of work available depends on your own availability, quality of work, and ability to tell a story while following a brief.

What you will be doing:Direction of all video production and acquisition, ensuring a diverse slate of licensed and original premium travel and lifestyle video content, aligning with the World Nomads values.Maintain a world-class video product, continually looking to improve format, content and visual style, as well as artistic and technical format elements, maintaining a high standard of quality control.Lead video distribution off platform, with publishers, partners, in flight, social media and AI-driven VOD platforms, monitoring and optimising video performance around changing viewer interests and needs.Lead the establishment and growth of audience on our Over-The-Top (OTT) platformLead the growth of the World Nomads Youtube channel, to build direct engagement with travellers and travel creatives via an ongoing original vlog program.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external production companies, freelance directors, editors, fixers, crew, on screen talent and up-and-coming creatives and travel vloggers via pitches from World Nomads Mojos.Support the overall objective of our content to conversion strategy.Optimisation of all earned, owned, and paid video performance multi-platform around key business performance KPIs, to drive quality traffic to World Nomads and grow subscriber base within the travel network.Continual monitoring of trends and travel and lifestyle competitors in the global video landscape, to identify new opportunities for technical kit, new formats, distribution, partnerships, video amplification and everything in between.Video search engine optimisation and keyword analysis to ensure growth in organic search for World Nomads.Leading presentation of video performance reporting and audience insights/analysis on a monthly basis as well as recommendations on optimisation.
