We are looking for a junior graphic
designer or intern who is not afraid to jump in and get involved with projects. We want someone who isn’t afraid to voice
their ideas for fear of critique or discussion.

extensively with other graphic designers, website developers, photographers and
copywriters to achieve an extremely high level of design. Being able to play
nicely with others is a pre-requisite. Throwing your toys out of the sandbox
because you didn’t get your way will never end well – eventually you need to go
pick them up by yourself.

& Marketing Team as a Partnerships & Promotions Manager for ANZ.
Reporting to the Head of Trade Sales & Business Development, you
will actively seek and develop mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term
relationships, to ensure the success of our brand strategy and business
This role will be instrumental in ensuring that through these
partnerships, the creative within all consumer touchpoints are refined,
compelling and above all, consistently drives volume and commercial awareness
of Merlin’s portfolio.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, our Trade Sales Team,
as well as our attraction’s General Manager and Operations Team to implement
and drive each attraction’s promotion initiatives and targets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
4+ years Sales or Marketing experience
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or
equivalent relevant experience
Outstanding networking and negotiation skills with
confidence in a 360 degree approach
Strong commercial acumen
Proven experience working to, and achieving targets
Exceptional communication skills, both written and
Positive attitude, ensuring tasks are approached

Extrablack is looking for an enthusiastic and talented young creative designer with great ideas and a positive can do attitude. So if you are highly creative, have a love of typography and branding, energetic and self motivated with a willingness to grow, this role is for you.
Create fresh, exciting and smart concepts for brand identity, print, environment and digital applications for a wide range of clients
Develop and expand designs in tandem with the creative team
Assist team members with their projects and demonstrate flexibility and willingness to get the job done
Take design concept through to finished art stage for print, digital or environmental production.
What you will need:
Recognised design degree, BA or equivalent (minimum 2-3 years of full-time study)
1-4 years experience in graphic design studio or agency
Strong typographic and layout skills with the ability to quickly visualise your ideas
Good communication skills are essential, both verbal and visual
Have strong Mac skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is a must. Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint, digital/web applications, 3D rendering packages or moving image programs would be a bonus but are not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of production processes for print and digital
Must be well organised with good time and project management skills and the ability to work on a number of projects concurrently.
Willingness to embrace digital design – website design is an important component of what we do
Good grounding and experience with social media
