Who do we need?
We need a creative and talented graphic designer to help us create our print and digital design elements including everything from posters and flyers to banners, promotional material, EDM’s, Facebook campaign images, other digital images and lots in between.

A recent graduate looking to apply their legendary design skills to a range of projects and work in a growing young team.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Apple Office Suite (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
• Creating collateral imagery for social media.
• Branding exercises
• UI and UX Design both Web and Mobile
• Print Design including finished art. Knowledge of print, regarding colour destinations, set up and process.
• Keynote design and assembly. For varied types of screens and applications. Laptop to 10mx3m LED Panels.
• Photography skills are a definite plus
• Videography skills are a definite plus
• Experience in Premiere/After Effects and editing videos is a plus

This is an exciting new creative role within Red Agency's specialist social media division #RedSocial, working closely with Red Agency's PR and experiential teams as well as the wider Havas Village team.
Reporting into the Head of Social you will be responsible for driving #RedSocial's content offering - managing our design/content production team and working closely with the social strategist, content & community managers and paid/optimisation managers.
The position will be best suited to an experienced and confident creative content producer who has worked within the social media space for a minimum of 3/4 years.
They will have strong conceptual skills, yet love to get their hands dirty - presenting concepts to clients and bringing ideas to life. This is a lead role, not a director role; we are looking for a do-er.
Our Content Lead will drive the content production process end-to-end across campaign and always on work - working across our largest Blue Chip client, as well as a range of exciting brands and broad variation of categories within our portfolio. Experience writing, conceptualising and producing video and immersive content formats (think live, vertical video, canvas) across all the major social channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter) is a must.
Most importantly, the successful candidate will thrive in an integrated (PR/Social/Experiential) agency environment and have a real passion for collaboration/innovation - living the agency's 'No Wankers', 'Dream Shit Up' and 'First in the Pool' values day-to-day!

The role of Digital Manager – Technical Art is a combined people management and individual contribution role. The team leadership aspect of this role is focussed on managing a digital tech-art team and providing technical-direction in consultation with stakeholders and the Tech Art Lead based in Sydney. Deliverables must be world-class in execution, on-brief and on-time; supporting the delivery of games at the highest quality.
Additionally, there is an expectation to drive a continual improvement process, ensuring the team is aligned to company goals and to foster a culture of high-performance. Including developing pipeline efficiencies, and forecasting potential pipeline bottlenecks.
Alongside team management, there will also be a component of 'hands on' individual contribution with an requirement to develop and produce high quality, class leading content. Part of this hands-on work will help inform pipeline improvements specific to the Digital Platform (Mobile and Tablet)
This role is suitable for an established creative production environment professional with extensive development experience and credentials, who is considered to be a subject-matter expert in their discipline.
In addition, it is a core-requirement to have demonstrated leadership ability, experience and ambition, as well as a commitment to further advance their career as a people leader and manager.
