We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with a 'can do, roll the sleeves up' approach to their work to play a key role in leading and driving the Presto acquisitions through implementation and input into strategies to acquire new Presto customers and build ongoing loyalty with existing customers
Some of the key things you will lead include:-
End-to-end execution of ATL and BTL campaigns e.g. digital, SEM, SEO, radio, print, OOH, TV, social media and experiential
Customer lifecycle management, including retention, winback and engagement programmes
Deliver clear and concise briefs to our agencies and our internal product development team
Provide input into concept creation and source/manage approvals from key internal stakeholdersManage and understand the relationship with the analytics team and agency to design targeted communications to drive optimised performanceAssess and brief data requirements, manage data segmentation and deliver DM and eDM campaignsWork with the Presto Business Development Manager to identify and develop Presto partners and affiliates responsible for driving effective cost per acquisitionEstablish campaign go-to-market project plans identifying key milestones, stakeholders and dependenciesManage day-to-day relationships with Presto partners and affiliatesWork closely with the broader Presto marketing team to ensure consistency in communications across all customer touch-pointsDevelop relationships with studio and distribution partners for the management of creative approvalsEstablish and maintain valuable relationships with external promotional partners to create innovative competitions to drive engagement and awareness of brand and programmes
