Biteable is looking for a passionate, proactive and organised Producer to join our talented collective of motion designers, illustrators, animators and developers. Located in Collingwood, the studio is an open plan, attitude-free hive of creative activity.
Our producer is a core member of the team and we’ll need you to be a master in week-to-week resourcing for the motion team, ensuring our diverse and innovative projects are budgeted and scheduled efficiently to a quality standard.
You will be an expert at collaboration and team management. You will have a minimum 3 years experience in animation/video production and have experience in creative resource management.
Your responsibilities will include:developing briefs for the motion teamraising cost estimates and creating timelines/schedulesproducing short form video adverts and motion based productsworking with the creative team to deliver the best possible solutionorganising and managing both internal resources and external freelancers/supplierstracking projects through the studio and owning day-today project workflow, creative resource management and schedulingtracking the tangible success of finished projects and using that knowledge to improve future projectskeeping studio organised and resourced to: drive maximum efficiency and creativitydeliver on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

You will create digital marketing strategies and work closely with our design team throughout the creative process. Communicating directly with clients, you will plan and manage digital campaigns to ensure their online presence meets their marketing objectives.

Skills & Experience

Responsibility 1: Digital Design
Design of all web-based collateral including:
Content for social posts
Digital advertising / animated and static banner ads
Responsibility 2: Digital Content Production
Develop, create and deploy content across all digital outlets
Write, edit and proofread a variety of content types for the website, ensuring it meets style, tone and marketing message requirements, as well as reflecting the KARI brand
Good editorial judgement
Own projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by manager
Search Engine Optimisation
Regularly utilise Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools to generate monthly reports
Updating images and text on website
Ensure industry best-practices are adhered to, including content delivery standards and usability
Responsibility 3: Social Media Management
Create engaging text, image and video content
Design posts to sustain readersâ curiosity and create buzz
Managing multiple social media channels
Ensure social media accounts are regularly updated and monitored
Responsibility 4: Photography Assets and Innovate campaigns
Responsible for occasional special request photography:
Documentation of Innovate, sampling and experiential campaigns for distribution with media releases and on digital channels as needed
Editing, colour correcting, processing, sizing images for upload onto website
Audience / commuter shots
General videography work including
Strong design skills and advanced working knowledge of the Adobe design suite â particularly InDesign, Photograph and Final Cut Pro
A love and an eye for digital design across web, email and social channels
Experience in shooting photography and video
Strong skills in video and photography editing software
Experience in developing, creating and deploying content across all digital outlets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good editorial judgement
Experience in managing the social media accounts and website of an organisation.
