We’ve built strong relationships with our clients by delivering effective and engaging design solutions. As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a digital marketing specialist to work hand-in-hand with our clients and creative team.
You will create digital marketing strategies and work closely with our design team throughout the creative process. Communicating directly with clients, you will plan and manage digital campaigns to ensure their online presence meets their marketing objectives.
Develop digital strategies for clients that align with their goals
Develop and manage digital campaigns including email, digital advertising, blogs and social media
Use analytics tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights & recommendations
Report on campaigns to measure performance and review strategy
Research products, technologies & practices to identify new opportunities
Knowledge of SEO and SEM including Facebook Ads & remarketing, Google AdWords, keyword research, and inbound marketing
Skills & Experience
As well as your ability to work autonomously and manage projects, you will need to collaborate with our creative team. Experience with website and other analytics tools is necessary, as you will be reporting on campaigns and assessing them against goals. Additionally, our ideal candidate will have:
1 to 3 years experience in marketing related roles
Marketing or Commerce degree
Prior agency experience

Base Salary: between $52,000 and $60,000 depending on experience plus negotiable packaging arrangements

Responsibility 1: Digital Design
Design of all web-based collateral including:
Content for social posts
Digital advertising / animated and static banner ads
Responsibility 2: Digital Content Production
Develop, create and deploy content across all digital outlets
Write, edit and proofread a variety of content types for the website, ensuring it meets style, tone and marketing message requirements, as well as reflecting the KARI brand
Good editorial judgement
Own projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by manager
Search Engine Optimisation
Regularly utilise Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools to generate monthly reports
Updating images and text on website
Ensure industry best-practices are adhered to, including content delivery standards and usability
Responsibility 3: Social Media Management
Create engaging text, image and video content
Design posts to sustain readersâ curiosity and create buzz
Managing multiple social media channels
Ensure social media accounts are regularly updated and monitored
Responsibility 4: Photography Assets and Innovate campaigns
Responsible for occasional special request photography:
Documentation of Innovate, sampling and experiential campaigns for distribution with media releases and on digital channels as needed
Editing, colour correcting, processing, sizing images for upload onto website
Audience / commuter shots
General videography work including
Strong design skills and advanced working knowledge of the Adobe design suite â particularly InDesign, Photograph and Final Cut Pro
A love and an eye for digital design across web, email and social channels
Experience in shooting photography and video
Strong skills in video and photography editing software
Experience in developing, creating and deploying content across all digital outlets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good editorial judgement
Experience in managing the social media accounts and website of an organisation.
Excellent planning and time management skills
Ability to identify new social media trends and be up to date with the latest in best social media practice
Experience with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools
Experience with Content Management Systems
Knowledge of industry best-practices, including content delivery standards and usability
