Who do we need?
We need a creative and talented graphic designer to help us create our print and digital design elements including everything from posters and flyers to banners, promotional material, EDM’s, Facebook campaign images, other digital images and lots in between.
We think the role would suit:
A recent graduate looking to apply their legendary design skills to a range of projects and work in a growing young team.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Apple Office Suite (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
• Creating collateral imagery for social media.
• Branding exercises
• UI and UX Design both Web and Mobile
• Print Design including finished art. Knowledge of print, regarding colour destinations, set up and process.
• Keynote design and assembly. For varied types of screens and applications. Laptop to 10mx3m LED Panels.
• Photography skills are a definite plus
• Videography skills are a definite plus
• Experience in Premiere/After Effects and editing videos is a plus
You have excellent communication skills
You are super organised, intelligent and learn really quickly
You have a great sense of humour, tons of initiative and lots of energy
We give bonus points if you:
Know how to use a Macs and Mac applications. We’re Mac people, but we won’t judge you too much if you’re a PC person!

You will be working with the Head of Design, who has a wealth of experience at both the Agency and Product-side where working with designers at all levels (from Junior right through to Art Director), has helped improve their game in order for them all to be the best they can be.
With this role, you can sink your teeth into a product and brand to make a real, tangible impact; whilst getting paid well to improve your skillz. It's why this role suits a Mid-weight whofeels stale in his/her current role.

HighLow are a progressive company with a range of digital products for use in the finance sector. With web apps, native apps, platforms, through-the-line marketing and brand projects to take care of; our design team is consistently being challenged to produce top-shelf solutions that elevate the brand, communicate objectives, are usable and most importantly, work.
The design team is small and agile, and works closely with Tech and the Operations team to be a critical spoke in the wheel for a really interesting business that is growing rapidly.

Head of Design

We need a fantastic Head of Marketing to lead Nabo’s marketing function and be part of the team that scales us to the next level. As a key member of the executive team reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for growing and activating the Nabo member base including residents, local businesses and community organisations.

Like most start-ups, your role is not defined by your job description. Being part of the Nabo team means you are flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves, help out your team and work in collaboration. You will have fresh ideas, not be afraid to be hands on, to try new things, and to be able to balance creativity with accountability. A decent bunch of us also like Game of Thrones, so knowledge there will be helpful but is not required.
