We are looking to hire our next digital manager and are looking for someone who has experience with CRO, Search, and social paid media. We want someone who is looking to grow their career and take ownership of key client accounts.
To win this role, you need to be self-sufficient and be capable of driving campaigns forward. You will be working across clients in industries from fertility clinics to funeral homes. You could be building an acquisition campaign one day and working on the client strategy the next.

Who You Are
You're passionate about client service, conversion rates, and digital marketing. You have experience managing and delivering digital campaigns, from strategy to analytics. You are comfortable talking about a range of paid media, including video and display.
We are looking for someone with a desire to help companies grow using digital.
You’re a digital expert who's immersed in the digital space and has experience implementing projects across web and social.

To give you some context, Host and Havas came together earlier this year to create a dynamic, modern agency with big ideas, clever thinking and digital smarts at its heart. We’re looking for an excellent lateral thinker with natural creative flair, who has the ability to conceptualise and execute outstanding creative ideas, along with a solid understanding of all media channels, particularly digital.
You will be responsible for contributing to the creative excellence of the agency, developing and producing creative concepts from brand campaigns to integrated projects with digital at their heart to quick-turnaround retail ads. It’s worth noting that ‘creative excellence’ isn’t a term we throw around lightly: we’re super ambitious to do really outstanding, world class work – work that gets talked about, wins awards locally and globally, and makes our clients (and us!) famous.
In terms of reporting structure, we have a CCO, who sits across the whole creative department, but you’ll usually be working into our 3 ECDs - with the exact ECD dependent on the project and client. As part of the team you form with our copywriter, we’ll be looking for you to serious make a mark and become a really hot young team capable of cracking smart, talkable ideas on all kinds of briefs. To keep things fresh, we’ll also be looking to team you with different partners occasionally or to give you solo projects, too.
You will probably have around 3 years’ experience in an agency environment, a solid understanding of creative development processes including conceptual development, digital, print, TV and radio production, and will have skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. More importantly, you’ll have a book that excites and inspires us.

Host/Havas is looking to add a Digital Finished Artist to their Design team in their Sydney office.
Ideally you will have around 3 years’ experience and be versatile enough to work on a variety of projects spanning print and digital, but with a strong emphasis on digital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be immersed in a collaborative team and produce some exciting and innovative work for a wide variety of clients spanning the alcohol, FMCG, technology and automotive sectors.
You will be responsible for producing a range of digital artwork and assets including but not limited to banner ads, web, mobile and tablet devices, apps and the cutting edge presentation of work. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong user experience knowledge and best practice digital/web design. You will also be familiar with preparing and uploading assets for review via HTML and other innovative methods.
The key to your success is the ability to work in a team environment while remaining independent on smaller projects. Working to tight deadlines on multiple projects won’t phase you, as you thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment.
