This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to join leading creative agency group, working with other passionate, digitally savvy, specialists to help shape the development and implementation of their clients social media strategy and community management.
You are a forward thinker who understands how ideas are brought to life and enhanced through social media channels. As a Social Media Manager you will take ownership for all Social Media activity for our clients brands, including the development and implementation of social strategy, social media monitoring and reporting, project management of social media campaign and advertising, community management, generation of content and will ultimately be responsible for the growth and engagement of online communities.
A passion for writing and creativity is a must, as well as being well versed in social and digital trends. We are after someone who is going to bring that extra something to a social strategy for our clients brands. You are savvy in how to use all social platforms and you have the experience to hit the ground running, embracing brands from many exciting verticals.
Plan and coordinate content across all social channels, ensuring it is timely and engaging.
Liaise with creative, design and production teams to create high-end social content.
Work closely with the Director of Social Media on strategic plans for brands
Communicate in a professional and unique social media ‘voice’ for each client
Monitor social media platforms for opportunities to provide exceptional customer service and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media strategies and trends.
Continually evaluate and enhance the social media marketing process.
Passion for and solid knowledge of social media platforms
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Drive and engage followers on all social media platforms
Experience with creating content for all major social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, SlideShare etc.
Proficient in image editing
A solid understanding of Social Paid Advertising across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage several projects at once.
Solid understanding of data analytics, including knowledge of analytics software such as Sprout Social / Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc.
Strong, professional and creative communication skills.
Ability to self-manage, be accountable, show initiative and meet deadlines
Able to work well within a broader client project team
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude and outgoing personality.
A can-do attitude and a willingness to further learn and progress within the social media space.
You are creative and enthusiastic
You are proactive in nature
You can demonstrate a strong customer service focus
You have excellent presentation and time management skills

As a Graphic Designer, you will report to and work closely with, the Head of Marketing in support of retail brands and product development strategies. You will be responsible for assisting with the design, development and implementation of all creative material including the production of product packaging, product graphic design, marketing communications, Point of Sale collateral, catalogues, print media material, social media, EDM's and website design.
The successful applicant will have:a qualification in graphic design previous work experience in a graphic design studio or in-house studio within a major organisation proven web and digital experience skills including application knowledge – HTML, HTML 5, CMS, CSS and WordPress a creative edge with commercial applicability a team player approach with strong inter-personal and relationship building skills high level of expertise with Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator clear communication skills both written and verbal and a high degree of attention to detail ability to work on a MAC platform photography experience is desirable cycling experience and knowledge is desirable Australian Permanent Residents need only apply
