Full Frame Productions is a growing Sydney based corporate video production company and we are on the hunt for someone to fill a very important role within the business.
We produce all types of videos for other businesses – company profile videos, testimonials, event videos, product videos etc. and we have a huge focus on producing videos that are entertaining and of a high standard.
We are looking for a cinematographer/shooter and video editor to take the reins of production and post-production. In this position, you will be responsible for the production, post production and delivery of all projects.
You will get to travel around and film at different locations. Editing work can be done either from home or at your desk. You will also be communicating with the client and external contractors as required for each project.
You must have knowledge in filming and lighting corporate videos and be able to do so at a high standard. You must have a deep understanding and a talent for piecing together videos in a creative and interesting way.
Having motion graphic/After Effects experience is a plus - but not mandatory.
Applicants must have a high attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetic.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also feel comfortable managing external contractors during production or post-production.

The design team is responsible for creating and developing a consistent visual language across the entire customer experience. We are seeking a detail obsessed, passionate designer with a background in graphic design, web design and illustration. Your role will be to produce strong conceptual illustrations and branded materials that are engaging and reflect a cohesive aesthetic.
Design visual graphics and illustrations that tell stories for blog images, merchandise, event images and product modals.
Design beautiful email templates and landing pages that reflect our brand and design guidelines.
Create sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and/or design specs.
Design within and help improve upon an establish design system.
Work closely with the design team to implement a cohesive visual style across marketing and product.
Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to take complex ideas and distill them down into simple illustrations.
Be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with a small team and short deadlines.
Ability to communicate rationale behind your design decisions.
Expertise in illustrator, sketch and photoshop.
3+ years experience at a creative agency or in-house team.
Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into your work.
Knowledge of design principles related to branding and marketing with demonstrable understanding of UX design, typography, color, layout and information hierarchy.
Ability to animate your illustrations.
Experience creating pattern libraries and a passion for design systems.
Understanding of videography.

Teaching at Shillington requires a keen design eye, industry insight, patience, and the desire to give back. Have you mentored a Junior Designer and loved every minute? There is no greater feeling than helping a student fulfill their dream of becoming a Graphic Designer.
Teaching hours each week are 6.00pm-9.30pm, however you will need to make sure you are in the office from 5.30pm, to start class on the dot.
There is a minimum requirement of prep - approx. 2 hours per week. This will include prepping for the next class, communicating globally on our college intranet, and engaging students on our learning management system 'Canvas'.
You will be working with an experienced teaching team, and trained in how to teach.
