HoneyBear Films are looking for videographers for our wedding shoots. At the moment we're looking for shooters willing to work in any of the following locations... Sydney, NSW South Coast, NSW Central Coast, Southern Highlands. We're also located in Melbourne and Brisbane, so feel free to get in touch if you're from those areas too.
We're after a range of experience levels. From those who've never shot a wedding to experienced wedding cinematographers. Our rates are $550 per ten hours for 1st shooters, $400 per ten hours for 2nd shooters.

With a focus on development and delivery of a marketing program to drive growth and market share, the Marketing Specialist - Campaigns will concentrate on analysing the continual need of BU marketing campaigns within regional areas. The objective; to stimulate sales in underperforming regions, as well as continually communicating our segmented value proposition to market. Responsible for campaign touch points such as identification, building strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting, the role will understand and report on competitor and market activity, as well as internal branch performance.
Key duties & responsibilities:Create and execute marketing and campaign strategies for a Regional Marketing ProgramsEngage stakeholders regarding potential marketing approaches and campaign objectivesDesign and create concept plans, studying relevant materials, liaising with stakeholdersLead rollout of campaign marketing material; including timelines, rollout methods and delivery logisticsOversee the production of TVC, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows, conferences & liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers to ensure campaign message aligned and consistentBuild and manage national sales promotions, report on progress and effectiveness of the promotion.Ensure integration of digital channels with other marketing communications and initiatives.Working with the category management team build and execute a Product Category marketing planMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Assist in the development of the company value proposition showcasing to defined customer segments
Skills & Expertise:
In addition to 3-5 years experience in a similar role and your tertiary qualifications in either marketing or commerce, you will need to be analytical, able to evaluate the success of various campaigns. Valuable will be your experience marketing B2B, utilising a mix of channels including media. Your project management skills will be advantageous when managing campaigns, as will your written and verbal communication skills and creativity when copy writing. Keeping on top of ever changing digital platforms and their usefulness to Coates Hire will also be vital.

Host/Havas is looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative department. You’ll be teaming up with a gun Junior Writer to form a talented and ambitious junior team packed with potential and all set to capitalise on some awesome opportunities.
To give you some context, Host and Havas came together earlier this year to create a dynamic, modern agency with big ideas, clever thinking and digital smarts at its heart. It’s a case of 1+1=3 as we’ve combined creative firepower, resources and accounts to set ourselves up as a major player in the region.
We’re looking for an excellent lateral thinker with natural creative flair, who has the ability to conceptualise and execute outstanding creative ideas, along with a solid understanding of all media channels, particularly digital.
You will be responsible for contributing to the creative excellence of the agency, developing and producing creative concepts from brand campaigns to integrated projects with digital at their heart to quick-turnaround retail ads. It’s worth noting that ‘creative excellence’ isn’t a term we throw around lightly: we’re super ambitious to do really outstanding, world class work – work that gets talked about, wins awards locally and globally, and makes our clients (and us!) famous.
In terms of reporting structure, we have a CCO, who sits across the whole creative department, but you’ll usually be working into our 3 ECDs - with the exact ECD dependent on the project and client. As part of the team you form with our copywriter, we’ll be looking for you to serious make a mark and become a really hot young team capable of cracking smart, talkable ideas on all kinds of briefs. To keep things fresh, we’ll also be looking to team you with different partners occasionally or to give you solo projects, too.
You will probably have around 3 years’ experience in an agency environment, a solid understanding of creative development processes including conceptual development, digital, print, TV and radio production, and will have skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. More importantly, you’ll have a book that excites and inspires us.
