Unlike with your typical Product-centric design role, in this job you’d be reporting in to me – an experienced Creative Director who has worked in (and owned) agencies – rather than the usual suits and Marketing bods you typically work for when client-side. I still get on the tools and have built a culture within the organisation whereby design is respected and lauded, and our brand is becoming synonymous with great design, which is cool.
I do think, however, that our product(s) UX needs more attention paid to it, and herein lies the job.

The Sweet Shop Melbourne is looking for a new Office Administrator/Production Assistant who ideally has previous experience in production and/or admin in the film and television industry. We work across all facets of the industry including commercials, television, film, music videos, social media and interactive content. You will have previous experience in production and/or admin in the film and television industry. You are used to working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible for:
· Administrative & Reception duties
· Office presentation
· Attending to basic I.T. needs (with training)
· Processing of invoices
· Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner
· Production Assistant to productions where appropriate
· Management and updating of the CRM database, sending out of new work presentations, and management of work on our website (with training)
· Other duties as defined by the Managing Partner and Executive Producer from time to time.
A lovely disposition, Microsoft Word & Excel, basic Adobe InDesign & Photoshop. Familiarity with other applications (Adobe Creative Suite) a bonus.
