The role is suited to an existing Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer that excels in storytelling through design. Natually a creative thinker, and with solid experience in developing creative concepts, the candidate will be someone who is able to create outstanding branding and design solutions, from inception to execution.
Working collaboratively with our marketing and communications experts, you will lead the design process across a breadth of exciting clients, taking responsibility for conceptualising brand, identity and campaign art, across offline and online formats. Day to day you will work on developing new brands & identities for leading and recognised lifestyle names, conceptualise and roll-out brand & campaign creative, design engaging websites & digital assets, and drive art development for premium activations & events.
You are an intelligent, talented and inspiring creative – one that is able to find the beauty in a story and to coalesce between traditional and new media. You are collaborative by nature, have a strong work ethic and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
A branding and design background – with a portfolio that covers a broad aspect of integrated creative campaigns, retail fit outs, digital and social – would be the best fit. Your portfolio will also showcase a refined visual aesthetic across crafted designs, branding, beautiful clean typographic, and editorial solutions for print and digital media.
Agency and hospitality experience with those considered “best in market” is an added bonus.

Role Requirements:Minimum of 2-3 years experience within a similar Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer role, working in-house for a reputable brand and/or design agencyA compelling portfolio of distinctive work that demonstrates exceptional art direction across a variety of campaigns and projects (hospitality examples an added bonus)Experience as a generalist with hands-on experience in concept development, graphic design, developing straplines and artworkExperience working with all aspects of the creative development process including typography, photography, graphic design, content, experiential and illustrationExperience working across the full design process including brainstorming, creative conceptualising, artworking and digital designStrong verbal and written communication skills (added bonus would be strong copywriting skills)Friendly, and is able to work collaboratively with different teams (both internal and external)Possesses a knowledge and passion for brand communications and digital marketingA strategic thinker, that doesn’t shy away from client / brand communication challenges, and provides appropriate creative solutionsHas the desire to positively contribute to the sustainable growth and culture of the agencyExcels at presenting, pitching, developing proposals, and confident in talking through the entire creative processIdeas-driven, with high design standards, and an ability to achieve creative excellenceExperience across a range of sectors, ideally including experience in the retail, luxury, property, consumer goods, fashion, health, hospitality, events, travel and/or lifestyle sectors

This position requires videographers with experience in a variety of filming techniques in providing leading real estate agencies/interior designers with property videos and social content of the highest quality.
Experience in the real estate industry is not essential. What we are really looking for are strong shooting skills, a keen eye for detail and lines, a friendly personality, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
The role is an on the road position, attending appointments at various locations around Sydney shooting high-end property as well as client pieces to camera. As such, communication skills and presentation onsite must also be of a professional level. We see ourselves as partners with our clients to capture a particular style, and we require a personality that reflects this.
Being a freelance position, the amount of work offered will be dependant on the quality of filming, professionalism, and your own availability. There is plenty of work is desired.
Applicants will be required to have a current Driver's license, own registered reliable vehicle and their own professional shooting equipment containing the below gear or similar:
Editing skill/experience is also worth noting, however non-essential. We want gun shooters!

The team is looking for individuals who share a passion for architectural and interior design photography, to take real estate photography to a new level. Joining a dynamic team of like-minded photographers, our freelance team will work well with people, be customer focused and have a creative drive and a keen eye for detail.
Successful applicants will require to have a current driver's license, own transport and photography kit including,
• Canon 6Dii or higher spec equivalent
• Off camera flash/ Speed light
• Premium Lenses that range from 17mm - 200mm
• Sturdy Tripod
Servicing high-end clients across Sydney our office operates between Monday-Friday, and work is available to those who are keen, talented and fit with Skyline's values and beliefs. The quantity of work is determined by your own availability, desire, reliability, and quality of both onsite service and end product.
As a freelance photographer your key roles include-
1. Photographing residential and commercial properties in preparation for marketing campaigns.
2. Working together with clients effectively and with courtesy on property location to provide a quality service and outstanding photography.
3. Same-day imagery upload via FTP or office delivery. Retouching is done in-house, so only raw delivery is required.
4. Travelling to and from appointments via your own transport, on time and according to schedule.
We are happy to train in some technical aspects, so no real estate experience is required, as long as enthusiasm and a natural sense of space and design can be displayed. If anything, we are trying to veer away from real estates traditional guidelines and bring a more artistic element to it.
