We are currently looking for a Visual Effects Producer to join our Brisbane studio.
Complete bids in collaboration with the Supervisors and Executive Producers
Establish and maintain relationships with clients
Deliver jobs on time and in budget
Define the scope of projects and establish workflows with the visual effects supervisor and team leads
Produce and maintain schedules and budgets
Prepare and brief crew prior to each project
Manage crew on a daily basis, ensuring artists are supported and schedule conflicts are dealt with in an appropriate manner
Co-ordinate resources; assign and book crew on projects
Mentoring production crew, maintaining a creative, collaborative and supporting work environment
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Visual Effects Producer
Extensive knowledge of VFX workflows and production processes
A working knowledge and appreciation of the technology and technical processes
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to operate autonomously with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership
Experience managing teams of various sizes
People oriented, with strong diplomacy skills
Flexible and hands-on attitude
A passion for visual effects as a creative endeavour
Ability to shine in a highly pressurised, time sensitive environment

head office based on the Gold Coast.
In this multi-tasking role you
will be assisting a high level busy Company Director, so you will need confident communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to cope well under pressure in the fast paced entertainment industry. You will be an integral part of our small company, so a can-do attitude is a must!
Specific Marketing responsibilities, under
the direction of the Director, will include (but not limited to) liaison with project Advertising Agencies, PR consultants, ticketing companies, web designers, graphic designers, and event companies in relation to iEC’s exhibition
and entertainment projects. The role
will also assist with the planning, execution and monitoring of entertainment project marketing campaigns, and ticket sales strategies . You will also be
required to oversee Social Media and Digital marketing activities and having
skills in the following areas is highly desirable – basic website design experience (word press) and managing website content via our CMS; basic graphic design skills
using InDesign and photo shop; experience in managing content for our project's social media channels; and our corporate channels.
