We get it. The role of a Producer varies between agencies. At Chello, we're a busy and growing team working in video and design and on the lookout for a 'gets sh*t happen' meets an 'I love people' person who wants to get their hands dirty in the creative process.
You see the big picture and make it happen. Whether casting a toddler for an athletic scene in an ad, or walking a client through the difference between forest green and emerald green, you love people, details and delivering on your word.
We are looking for a switched on Producer who gets things done but never loses sight of the creative vision of the projects. You are always a step ahead, like to question why and take initiative on projects. Why? Because we're growing and need a good pair of hands.
By nature you are a people person who enjoys working in a collaborative and consultative manner and you nurture strong client relationships and new ideas. You have a hands on approach and are a team player, working closely with staff on day-to-day pre-production and production, as well as working autonomously and taking ownership of projects. You maintain composure under pressure and have the confidence to be client facing at both large and small business levels.
