We are looking for the right person to join our team so we can continue to
deliver a quality product and service to our current and future clients in
You will be working with a
youthful team of presenters in Perth that currently host pub, corporate and fundraising
shows every week. You will also interact with our Melbourne HQ and mix with a
highly creative group positioned all over the country. Your weekly interactions
will be with HQ staff, directors, accounts team and clients, ranging from
publicans to members of the corporate world
Please note that this is not a part time role. This is a casual role in line with the Commercial Sales Award 2010.
We are seeking a
person with sales experience to maintain and increase our weekly pub shows in
The Perth Sales Rep
will be responsible for sourcing new business, presenters and liaising with our
current list of nine weekly venues.
$20 weekly commission per venue to maintain each of our nine venues.
$50 weekly for each new venue signed for the time that you work
$25 per hour for administration hours.
Minimum starting base rate $180 per week + $25 per hour administration rate.

Posses high level interpersonal, oral and written communication
· Have proven client service skills and the capacity to communicate

The ability to initiate contact with several new venues per
week, follow up and provide records of your interaction.
Have an ability to choose employees through coordinating live
auditions and educate them through training sessions.
A flexible lifestyle so you can provide technical support to
presenters after hours.
Actively initiate and close sales.
Maintain current relationships with pubs, corporate and
Handle inbound enquiries via Phone / Website / Email.
Communicate and assist clients with general enquiries / support
Organise team social events.
Audio Visual experience. Eg. PA’s, IPOD’s etc.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Fluent in social media.
Skills in working autonomously or as part of a team.
