We currently have offices in Sydney and Shanghai, with further overseas and domestic expansion slated over the next few years. Our clients are based around the world and include brands like McDonalds, Coca-Cola (both here and the USA), Visa, Telstra, all of Australia's big 4... I could go on, but you get the drift.
We are seeking the services of someone who wishes to take the next career step. Plans are in place for a significant national and international expansion program and the increase in work means we need a studio manager/designer. Although you will do some design in the early stages, the growing business means you will be a full-time studio manager, probably by December this year. Between now and then, there will be some design work to help you get familiar with what we do.
Your day to day duties when, on the job, will include:Manage the flow of work through the studio to ensure it is produced on time.Liaise with the Account Service team about the progress of various projects.Attend Voiceover and video/photo shoot sessions to supervise the production of the sameFollow up with clients on various parts of projectsTake control of other office administration functions as required
To be suitable for this position, the ideal candidate would have the following qualifications and experience:Extensive experience in the graphics and/or multimedia environment, preferably at a senior designer level or above.Formal qualifications in a suitable design disciplineAn ability to manage complex projects with exceptional organisational skills.Experience with high-level visual communications, particularly video and, preferably, presentations.The ability to work with people to get things done, both clients and your team.Your eye for detail and administration skills must be extraordinary, but so is the team you will be working with!

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Producer to join us in our studio in Newstead.
As this is a senior role, vast experience in post production or an agency environment is a must.
Salary is based on experience.
