Belle Laide Events is a multi-award-winning event management agency at the top of its game. We are looking for an absolute gun to join our Sydney based team. This is a diverse, fast-paced and demanding role but one which will prove highly rewarding for somebody prepared to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
The Role: Senior Event Manager / Producer
*Initial 12 month contract with opportunity to go full-time
We need you to be truly versatile and heavily skilled. You must have a broad spectrum of knowledge and be incredibly self-sufficient.
You are to be responsible for the end-to-end management of events for a diverse portfolio of large corporate and private clients. These will include product launches, experiential activations, award nights, gala dinners, conferences and incentives.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person with solid agency experience behind them.. The ideal candidate will have strong client relations skills and the 'knack' for seeking and securing new business opportunities.

Job tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and executing events from initial brief all the way through to post-event follow up. You will be expected to deliver projects strategically, on time, on budget and exceeding client expectations. We will be relying on you to;Create and manage event budgetsMaintain constant client contactNegotiate contracts with clients, venues and select vendorsManage client's directives, goals and overall expectationsDevelop and manage event timelines, run sheets, event orders and floor plansOversees and delegate responsibilities to designated Event AssistantsAttend and stay until the conclusion of all eventsDevelop & deliver creative concepts alongside the BLE Creative Director.Advise the Director & Creative Director on projects, schedules and client requirementsHave superior risk management skillsMiscellaneous: Site visits, tastings, guest list management, site flow analysis, transportation plans.
Skills and experience
