You are a stand out
creative leader, with a proven track record in creating a diverse range of
amazing original work across multiple platforms. Your work speaks for itself.
To date you have extensive experience working with Advertising, Digital and
Marketing clients with expertise in cross platform Campaign Development,
Live-Action, Design and Visual effects, and in-depth experience in existing and
emerging digital platforms.
You have a strong
understanding, and keen personal interest, in emerging technologies including
AR, VR and App development and are eager to continue developing strategy and
opportunities in this space. You’re that special unicorn... a practical

You’ll be comfortable,
capable and confident in front of clients, with a proven ability to develop
campaign strategy, conceptualise, write and present successful creative
treatments, and proposals, for a wide-ranging slate of budgets and platforms.
You’ll be articulate and have your own authentic voice.
As a highly experienced
creative you'll understand the importance of business development and working
closely with a production team to develop new opportunities as well as grow and
support existing ones. You understand the need to identify workplace
efficiencies and are always looking for fresh pathways to great work for our
creative team. You’ll have strong existing client and industry relationships,
and hopefully know some great people that we can work with, and perhaps for.

of other artists to create visually compelling, stand-out work in a

Principal Job Requirements
* Lead and supervise the
creative output of ZSPACE, working with our designers, editors, animators and
compositors to create outstanding work.
* Share knowledge and
mentor the creative team.
* Develop Campaign
Strategy, conceptualise and write creative treatments and pitches, and present
* Create concept and style
frames and any other material required for competitive treatments and pitches.
* Work with Production to
ensure our high standard of client service is met.
* Work closely with our
Management team to pursue new business opportunities and support and grow
* Collaborate with our
Technical Director and Executive Producers to develop concepts and strategies
that harness and explore emerging technology.
* Any experience working on
broadcast based projects including the design and creation of live sport
graphics, virtual graphics, promos and title sequences is not essential but
would be highly desirable.
* An excellent
knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator,
