We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Media Producer to join our Marketing department. Reporting to the Studio Manager, and working in liaison with the Marketing Design team, you will be responsible for creating, developing and facilitating media production projects end-to-end from receipt of original brief through to delivery of the final product.
Key responsibilities include:
Act as the lead for Media Production, ensuring the smooth running of the operations
Actively work with stakeholders to add value to and participate in creative concept development
Manage all areas of media production related to delegated projects including both studio and on-location projects
Capture commercial-quality portrait and commercial photographs (internal and external)
Complete post production tasks including (but not limited to), cinematography, lighting, audio, video editing, audio post, colour grading, animation, 3D graphics, delivering to multiple formats, maintaining archives and internal files.
Proactively address challenges or issues, identify solutions and deliver on budget
Fostering collaboration between cross functional teams, and driving new ways of working for Penguin Random House marketing and regional teams
Qualifications and/or Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience in the media production industry including previous exposure to and skills in photography, cinematography, audio production, lighting, editing (mandatory)
Latest technical knowledge in media production (critical)
Previous experience in preparing and dispatching media at broadcast quality - television/radio (critical)
Strong skills in the full Adobe Suite of Programs (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (critical)
Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders (mandatory)
Ability to work autonomously and deliver to deadlines (mandatory)
Attention to detail (critical)
Proven creative ability (preferable)
Audio postproduction experience (mandatory)
3D graphics production (preferable)
Content strategy and development (preferable)
