We’re currently seeking an experienced and creative client solutions specialist to help us do just that within the pitch team of our branded entertainment unit, CREATE.
Working closely with every area of the business from content, to talent, strategic partnerships and sales, CREATE delivers a seamless experience from opportunity to execution and beyond.
This role will see you creating market leading pitches and highly effective integrated campaigns for our clients across all of our platforms and channels.
As the ideal candidate, you have between 3 & 6 years’ experience in an editorial sales environment of a media publisher or like-minded entertainment business and have proven success in creatively conceptualizing, producing and selling integrated commercial solutions, designed to meet market opportunity.
You’re passionate about creating the right solutions for your clients, so working on brand, content and commercial priorities is second nature to you. It also goes without saying that you’ve gained some digital experience in the process.
Relevant experience aside, your reputation for professionalism, work ethic and importantly, diplomacy and composure under pressure, is well known. Clients and colleagues want to work with you, you have a flair for making meaningful connections and can inspire and lead others of all levels to do same!

With a focus on development and delivery of a marketing program to drive growth and market share, the Marketing Specialist - Campaigns will concentrate on analysing the continual need of BU marketing campaigns within regional areas. The objective; to stimulate sales in underperforming regions, as well as continually communicating our segmented value proposition to market. Responsible for campaign touch points such as identification, building strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting, the role will understand and report on competitor and market activity, as well as internal branch performance.
Key duties & responsibilities:Create and execute marketing and campaign strategies for a Regional Marketing ProgramsEngage stakeholders regarding potential marketing approaches and campaign objectivesDesign and create concept plans, studying relevant materials, liaising with stakeholdersLead rollout of campaign marketing material; including timelines, rollout methods and delivery logisticsOversee the production of TVC, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows, conferences & liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers to ensure campaign message aligned and consistentBuild and manage national sales promotions, report on progress and effectiveness of the promotion.Ensure integration of digital channels with other marketing communications and initiatives.Working with the category management team build and execute a Product Category marketing planMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Assist in the development of the company value proposition showcasing to defined customer segments
Skills & Expertise:
In addition to 3-5 years experience in a similar role and your tertiary qualifications in either marketing or commerce, you will need to be analytical, able to evaluate the success of various campaigns. Valuable will be your experience marketing B2B, utilising a mix of channels including media. Your project management skills will be advantageous when managing campaigns, as will your written and verbal communication skills and creativity when copy writing. Keeping on top of ever changing digital platforms and their usefulness to Coates Hire will also be vital.
