We are on the
lookout for a new Producer here at Milkmoney. An engaging, fun and varied role
this will see you getting to work on a range of projects for our clients.
Milkmoney works primarily in the branded entertainment space for a bunch of
great brands and agencies both here and overseas.
We are looking
for a nice mix of creativity and organisation in this role. From managing
clients, setting up shoots, creating and managing schedules, supporting our
senior directors both in the office and on set, plus also getting to direct
some of our smaller jobs, you will get to do a range of fun projects.
And you will get
to be involved in the whole process from creative development through to
delivery. Some past agency experience would be a bonus but not necessary.
initially will be a 3 month contract with the potential to extend for the right

As an Account Director your role is to establish,
develop and maintain strong Client relationships by being viewed as a trusted
advisor by having an intimate knowledge of your Client’s business. You will
deliver strategic and creative direction on all your accounts and lead your
team to achieve the Client’s objectives.
As well as supporting your team day to day, you will
focus on optimising and growing your Clients business by assertively managing
program budgets and timelines, actively managing your team and by developing
and maintaining strong relationships with key internal departments.
Key areas of responsibility include strategic
thinking, creative direction, team leadership, financial accountability,
program/project management and execution, as well as actively growing your
Knowledge, Skill and Ability
In addition, you will be expected to embrace
learning opportunities presented by the business to develop your own knowledge
and contribute to the greater knowledge of the business. You will also be
looked upon as ambassador and advocate of the Tribe brand and play an active
role in building brand equity. KPIs are used to track your performance.
As an Account Director, you are being groomed to initially become a
Senior Account Director with a move to Group Account Director. With this
in mind, attitude, professionalism and reliability are crucial to your career
development. Ultimately, when you can prove that you can 100% seamlessly manage
large projects, consistently manage large budgets with positive revenue,
develop teams and develop new business concept to completion with little or no
help, that is when you are ready to move to the next level.
