Overview: We are searching for a Social Media Superstar to join Australia’s most respected, ASX-listed real estate agency headquartered from the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This person will be creative, have a keen designer eye and be passionate about people, social media and McGrath - with an endless hunger for creating awesome creative content.
A pivotal role at McGrath, you will have the opportunity to get involved with some of Australia’s most high-profile real-estate agents, using the most advanced platforms and tools to post content and analyse insights. You will be working with management on producing innovative, industry-leading content strategies and imaginative creative work that brings excitement and glamour to real-estate.
Key responsibilities:Work closely with management and Brand Marketing Manager to implement strategies that grow brand engagement and followersCreating content using photography, videography and graphic design (Adobe suite experience preferred)Continually researching and analysing trends ensuring strategies are current, relevant and ahead of the gameEngaging with customers and followers, maintaining online presence and responding to all comments and questionsPlanning the social media calendar to ensure posts align with internal communications, PR, events and special edition releasesTracking performance and growth of campaigns while creating analytical reports to ensure continuous improvementDeveloping influencer marketing strategies with key agents in the business to grow their social media presence and in effect elevate the McGrath brandManaging photoshoots including generating briefs, sourcing models, locations and makeup artists and editing imagery to post
Requirements:Significant experience and a proven track record in commercial social media strategy, management, advertising and content creationLive and breathe the brand, exceptional at creating and sourcing contentGreat writing skills, you know how to engage audiences with copy that is emotive and drives response in alignment with the brand tone of voiceImpeccable attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for problem solvingA positive can-do attitude that will get people involved, an energetic presence and a good sense of humourImage/video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)Know your way around the interface and algorithms for social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
Would also be awesome to have experience in:
Google Analytics (or other reporting platform)
Working with real-estate/large brands
Formal qualifications in marketing or design
Social media posting software experience (social studio/hootsuite)
