We are Hello Social, an innovative and leading social media marketing agency based in the Sydney CBD. We are offering an exciting 12-week internship for a Graphic Designer to join our young and dynamic team.
We work with some of Australia and New Zealand’s biggest brands and we want you to learn about everything we do. You will produce awesome social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram and help out with marketing collateral and web graphics for both our company and our clients.

You will manage
design projects from concept through to finished art, across a large portfolio
of products and services including Home & Disability Services, Retirement
Communities & Aged Care.
This is an
exciting opportunity to create an in-house design function in one of the
fastest growing areas of the business and determine how products and services
are presented to our target markets through advertising, brochureware, online
and in retail outlets.
You’ll play a critical role in developing insight-based visual
identities for exciting residential community development projects.
You will also
act as a brand custodian, responsible for ensuring the consistent application
of the Australian Unity brand identity across the Independent & Assisted
Living business – advising stakeholders on the appropriate use of brand
identity assets and managing the Independent & Assisted Living image library.
be successful in this role you will have:
degree in graphic design
seven years’ experience in graphic design roles, including time spent as a
Senior Graphic Designer
working both agency side and in-house
designing for both print and digital channels, including developing animated HTML
digital display banners
ability to produce highly creative design solutions from client briefs.
deliver high quality finished art with minimal creative supervision.
understanding of layout and design fundamentals (layout, balance, composition,
knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
knowledge of print production processes.
attention to detail and an eye for quality.
communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas.
is an ability to code html / CSS for either EDM builds &/or landing page
