If you tick the following, then we encourage you to reach out.At least 3-5+ years experience in an agency design environment. Exposure to the events and exhibitions industry will be an advantage.Advanced skills across Adobe CC Suite; InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.Web and digital skills will be very highly regarded (HTML, WordPress, Flash, App Design).Ability to take a brief from initial concept through to final delivery, under the guidance of our Creative Director.Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.A solid knowledge of printing processes and the ability to manage external suppliers to deliver a high quality product.A team player, fun to be around, enthusiastic and bringing great energy to everything that you do.Able to engage with clients and build rapport.Ability to work from our amazing offices in Camperdown, SydneyHave excellent communication and organisational skills.Possess incredible creativity and an ability to adapt your style to suit different brands and requirements…on a daily basis.

We are seeking the services of a junior graphic designer to join our ever expanding team. You will have up to 2 years of design experience (but straight out of uni with lots of enthusiasm is also an option) but wanting to develop your skills even further. You will be innovative, creative and really want to impact this company, its clients and the design world in general.
Specifically, your skills would include:A passion for great design.A strong understanding of what makes something a "great design"Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign essentialThose that can also use Premiere, After Effects and/or 3D Software will have a distinct advantageSkills with Photoshop and illustrator, and if you had skills with InDesign it would be a distinct advantagePowerPoint Experience would be a great assetBe able to work with and contribute to a team.Have an exceptionally strong eye for detail and a great work ethicStrong English skills but fluency in other languages would work in your favour

Teaching at Shillington requires a keen design eye, industry insight, ideas and the desire to give back. Have you mentored a Junior Designer and loved every minute? There is no greater feeling than helping a student fulfill their dream of becoming a Graphic Designer.
No teaching experience required - you will be working with an experienced teaching team, and be trained in how to teach. The role also comes with 8 weeks annual leave.
