Essential Skills & Experience:
- A creative thinker with problem-solving ability

- Knowledge of Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of other software in Creative Suite is desirable)

- Talented visual designer with minimum 3 years agency experience
- Can take critiquing well and implement others' ideas
- Relationship focused
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Driven to deliver on high standards expected of the agency

We have an exciting permanent role for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and Communication team based in our Support Services office in Parramatta CBD.
About the role
Manage a high workload to develop design material for print and digital projects across a range of YMCA NSW services, oversee projects and manager internal stakeholders. Design, develop and deliver communication and marketing collateral as required and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
To be successful you should have:Experience in graphic designAdobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud) with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorDesktop publishing skillsExperience working with print and digitalExperience working to brand guidelinesExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skillsProject management skills
