This is a full time role encompassing responsibilities such as updating and printing of artwork, packing of product, organising daily dispatches and liaising with suppliers to ensure our product reaches our clients on time. You will be reporting directly to the Dispatch Coordinator.
You will have a professional/pleasant phone manner, great presentation, excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, be able to multi task and work to schedules and deadlines with a strong customer focus.
You will have excellent communication skills, initiative and an eagerness to learn & further develop skills. You will be computer literate, and confident with Microsoft Office.
This role is suited to someone who has experience in customer service and is interested in improving their skills and techniques with the potential to progress further within the business over time.
