QELi's role and functions include:

· providing a range of professional learning services including short and long term professional learning courses

· developing and maintaining strong relationships and networks with education stakeholders

· supporting research initiatives that better inform QELi’s professional learning services providing accredited, articulated pathways into partner Universities’ graduate courses

About the role

· Responsibility for the brand bible, ensuring consistent use of brand elements, with approval process via the Marketing Operations Manager and Executive team

· Development of online and traditional media graphics for internal and external use

· Written content for use in EDM, social media, publications and website, segmented and A/B tested across channels

· Support the CRM and Marketing Automation systems

· Develop content for the Internal Communications and change management program

· Ownership of the content calendar, scheduling, and posting of engaging social media across channels

· Support the Teacher capability and Open Programs teams in development of newsletter, email and other written materials

· Write, edit and design materials for use within programs

· Support the development of the program prospectus, annual reports, and other required documentation

· Design all branded materials for promotional use and manage ordering and stock

· Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to market identified programs and events (EDM, SEO, SEM)

Skills And Experience

Design qualifications and with 2-3 years experience in agency or in-house content development role - please provide portfolio of work

· Business or marketing qualifications and/or relevant experience highly regarded

· Strong written skills and willingness to learn

· Passion for digital and Marketing

· Ability to maintain brand and style across traditional and digital mediums

· Clear version control and time management skills

· Ability to run with a brief and ensure approval processes are adhered to
