JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is simple. Take Infinity Squaredâs creative offering to the next level. How will you do this? By creating & developing pioneering, award winning creative that truly resonates with audiences and delivers business results for our clients and partners.

The successful candidate will be a passionate storyteller, and an intelligent collaborator, who gets the demands of the commercial world we live in, where an increase in deliverables doesnât mean a reduction in quality.

Having experience in and around the production & film-making process is imperative, as youâll be challenged to develop concepts to work within the confines of fixed budgets. ([...] you know what ideas cost to make).

The role will work closely with our roster film directors and partner writers, creators, influencers and more, to craft truly remarkable, audience first work.

In particular the role will support the business in achieving three key objectives:

  • Oversee all concept & creative development stemming from the client management teams.

  • Drive the Infinity Squaredâs creative profile with clients, partners and peers.

  • Maintain the highest standard of creative work possible where craft & efficacy.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CREATIVE DIRECTOR you are responsible for the partnering with the ECD/EP & Strategy Director in the overall creative output:

  • Leading Infinityâs Concept & Creative process (ensuring highest standard of work is maintained from concept to creation and delivery)

  • Collaborate with Strategic Planning Team & Production Team to ensure the efficacy & efficiency of all work

  • Write and develop ideas and develop pitch ready documents

  • Ensure all ideas and creative are truly transmedia, with the ability to take different shapes across each channel.

  • Drive innovation to capitalise on new and emerging channels, technologies, formats and distribution platforms.

  • Help raise the profile of i2 within the Creative Industry

  • Seek out new creative Talent and build the team (across film, photography, design etc.)

  • Nurture reporting talent (Social & Content Creative)

  • Work collaboratively with the entire team to deliver the best outcome for our clients & the business.

  • Where possible bring in new clients relationships and partners.

SKILLS

  • Proven track record to deliver campaigns that generate results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to have a clear creative vision while remaining open to othersâ ideas.

  • Conceptual thinker & ability to communicate these concepts with laser focus.

  • High level creative thinking and highly confidence to share and present ideas to clients.

  • Microsoft Office / Google Apps & Docs

  • Keynote, slides, ppt - confident presentation skills, design

  • Pitching to win track record - ability to pitch ideas with passion and conviction

  • Digital, Social, Content background - Acute understanding of social media and content distribution channels

  • Highly collaborative - ability to jump in & work with a team

  • Ability and willingness to live the companyâs values - Be Remarkable, Be Audience First, Own Solutions, Be Collaborative and âDO FUN SHITâ

  • Sound understanding of film production including the process for production, directing, shooting, video editing and post.
